| Bio: |     I'm an early twenties* studenty type from England, and I'm currently studying maths at university. As well as liking bizarre things like number theory and calculus, I also have some strange interests in physics (particularly: particle, astro, theoretical and all things time travel) as well as occasionally enjoying geeking out about random things like genetics and politics. In my opinion, my real life is just one big joke on me. So, in general, I try not to take it too seriously**. I am a fandom person. I always have been and suspect I always will be. I've enjoyed obsessions with many things, including (but not limited to): Harry Potter, the Matrix, LotR, Artemis Fowl, His Dark Materials, Buffy (although I've only seen 2 and a half seasons) and the X files. My current obsession is: Doctor Who***. *Description valid for about four years as of 2008 **That doesn't stop me from whining every so often, when I feel shitty. ***This is liable to change without much warning. However, DW has been for two years and may well stay that way for a while yet.        Doctor Who Stuff Favourites: Characters: ****I am not a Moffat fan. I will never be a Moffat fan. I will not be watching s5. I am not ashamed of this. I don't care if you like, love or want to marry the man, just as long as you respect my rather strong negative feelings. If you're interested as to why I feel the way I do, I've talked about it most extensively in an essay here. Denial: My attitude towards this is big enough to deserve a profile mention. I adore Journey's End, I really do, but it DID NOT HAPPEN*****. I live in a variety of different happy universes, usually involving the Doctor, Rose and Donna in some way. *****That said, Ten II?
